Suzie and Mike are the best! I’ve rented equipment from a few places in town, and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else in the future. So pleasant to deal with, great on comms and info. I was in a time crunch to get a trench dug for an electrical project, and missed my window for Friday. Rino is the ONLY place with full Saturday hours. I called late morning Saturday, Suzie and Mike both helped me figure out what equipment options were best, saved me some money, and the delivery fee was beyond reasonable. So much better than anyone else in town on delivery. Mike was at my place with the equipment within an hour, helped me get it through the narrow gate, and took his time showing me how it all worked. Monday morning he was back to pick it up. Equipment was in great shape, you can tell they take pride in their gear. Do yourself a favor and call Rino first.
