How to Rent Equipment from RINO Rents
Need a machine for a job? Renting from RINO Rents is simple.
Whether you’re a contractor, landscaper, homeowner, or property manager, we make it easy to get the equipment you need and get to work.
- Tell Us What You Need
Give us your name, email, phone number, and the equipment you need.
You can contact us directly or reserve equipment online.
- Complete Your Rental Information
We’ll send you a secure link to provide your government-issued ID and credit or debit card information.
Once your rental is approved and confirmed, we’ll reserve the equipment for you.
- Choose How You’ll Get It
You can:
- Pick it up from RINO Rents
- Rent a trailer from us for an additional charge
- Have us deliver it for an additional charge
We’ll help you choose the option that works best for your job.
- Pickup & Checkout
Before you leave, we inspect the equipment to make sure it is clean, fueled, and ready to work.
We also document the equipment with photos so we have a record of its condition before the rental.
At pickup, you’ll review and sign the rental agreement and delivery/checkout report.
Then you’re ready to go.
- Get to Work
Take the equipment to your jobsite and put it to work.
If you have questions about the machine, our team is here to help.
- Return the Equipment
We ask that you return the equipment clean and full of fuel, just like you received it.
When you return the equipment, we check it back in and inspect its condition.
Once the check-in is complete, we release you from the rental agreement.
Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, missing fuel, or damage outside of normal wear and tear.
