Step 2: Reserve Your Equipment

Once you are ready to reserve the machine, we’ll send you a secure link where you can:

Upload a photo of your driver’s license or government-issued ID Securely enter your credit card information Upload a Certificate of Insurance (COI), if applicable Upload your tax-exemption certificate, if applicable

Providing your own insurance and tax-exemption documents may help you save money on your rental.

Step 3: Receive or Pick Up the Machine

Choose to have the equipment delivered to your jobsite or pick it up at RINO Rents.

Before the rental begins, you’ll sign the rental agreement and review a condition report. This confirms that the machine is clean, full of fuel, and ready to work. It also gives you an opportunity to review the machine’s condition before taking possession.

Step 4: Let Us Know When You’re Finished

When the job is complete, give us a call or send us a message. We’ll schedule a pickup, or you can return the machine to our yard.

To avoid additional charges, please return the equipment:
