September 10, 2026 · mike@rinorents.com
Commercial rentals require a Certificate of Insurance before the equipment can be released.
Ask your insurance agent to provide a COI showing:
Named insured: Must match the customer name on the rental agreement.
Certificate holder: RINO Rents LLC at the address provided by our team.
General liability: Minimum limits of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, written on an occurrence basis.
Additional insured: RINO Rents LLC must be added to the general liability policy. The actual endorsement must be attached.
Equipment coverage: Coverage must equal the full replacement value of the rented equipment.
Loss payee: RINO Rents LLC must be listed as loss payee for rented or leased equipment.
Policy dates: All coverage must remain active throughout the rental.
Authorized signature: The certificate must be signed by your insurance representative.
Please have your insurance agent send the COI and required endorsements to RINO Rents before your scheduled rental. Missing information may delay the release of equipment.
Requirements may vary depending on the equipment, rental value, and type of work.
